Paypal bugged their logon

To all 150 million Paypal users (The number is what they say on their homepage):

Can you believe a company can make your money better than their website? Tried to logon this morning during 9:50 - 10:20, keep getting error message showing below:

 

 

Welcome any comments on problem using Paypal!!! Maybe we should let them know what WE, the customers, think.

Terry with Mens Lab Coats

I guess that's the reason why some people would call it GayPal.  I've had my fair share of headaches with PayPal and I really think they should do something to make their service better.  They have been charging a lot for transactions and this is not supposed to happen with all that money they are getting.

Hi Terry, Thanks for your comment. GayPal(Great name!) does charge a lot on the transactions, and they cannot use the money in the right place to improve the service their customers deserve to have. But due to strong link it has with eBay, it is still the best way to pay people without traveling miles to collect and pay.

At least they did reply.  But that was ten hours.  If you happen to need that money immediately, that would really stink.
